Along with our co-sponsor, the University of Florida, we are pleased to present what has become one of the greatest educational events in the Panhandle every year. This event brings close to 500 turfgrass professionals from every segment of the industry including landscape maintenance, sports turf, sod producers, lawn care and golf course superintendents together to view first-hand current turfgrass research, new products on the market and attend educational classes. We invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to exhibit your company’s services and products at this year’s Expo, Wednesday, June 17th.
The 15th Annual Gulf Coast Turfgrass Expo & Field Day will be held at the University of Florida Turfgrass Field Laboratory located at the West Florida Research & Education Center on Highway 182 between Chumuckla, FL and the intersection of Florida 89 and 82. [click here to view map, directions and hotels.] The exhibit area for the tabletops will be under an equipment pavilion which will allow for protection from the elements. Equipment exhibitors will be placed in the area between the exhibitor pavilion and the lunch pavilion. We advise all equipment exhibitors to bring or rent a tent for protection from the elements. As always, there will be plenty of room to exhibit anything you wish. The schedule of events is listed below for your information:

To enhance our afternoon activities, we will offer several hands-on pesticide training seminars that will provide CORE and O&T CEUs. This year we are adding a special session in conjunction with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for sod producers detailing the Florida Sod Industry BMPs. This will allow exhibitors more time with the attendees. As in years past, we are asking that you provide door prize items. We will have the door prize drawing mid-afternoon and the attendees must be present to win.
Gulf Coast Turfgrass Expo & Field Day - Fee Schedule
Vendor Exhibitor - The fee for exhibiting at the 2009 Expo & Field Day is $300.00. Each paid vendor will be provided an eight (8) foot table, up to three (3) chairs (as requested), and three (3) Exhibitor admission tickets. Additional admission tickets can be purchased for $35.00 each. Also, due to the extreme heat in June, we highly recommend tent usage for the equipment vendors. Should you like

Expo Sponsor - If you are unable to exhibit, we encourage you to become a sponsor of the Gulf Coast Turfgrass Expo and Field Day. Sponsorships are $150 and include recognition at the event and two Sponsor admission tickets. Sponsorships will help offset the cost of the field day and will support turfgrass research on the Gulf Coast. Additional admission tickets can be purchased for $35.00 each.
